Using modules for repetitive parts of a design

I’ve got a design that has a repetitive element (5x the same thing) and thought I could use a module to design it once (especially the PCB layout). This sounds like I should be able to: https://upverter.com/learn/en/modules-upverter/

But I don’t see “Convert to Module” in my Project menu. Is it not available for Community/Open Source accounts? If not, is there some other recommended way to duplicate layout for repetitive parts of a design?

Our apologies, we were restructuring permissions behind module creation. Public module creation should be re-enabled for you.

Is module extraction enabled? I keep getting an error and a crash when I try to extract a module that I make.
