The tool experienced error

This message occurs when i try to open design (some times ago there was no problem) then “refresh/recalcutes the spines” and the tool falls cyclicaly

Did you get logged out, perhaps? I’ve had it happen where my session expires, but it looks like it’s reticulating splines… but never finishes. Opening in a new tab, I see that I’m logged out. Once I login again, everything is fine. (Close existing tab, open a new one, login, and navigate to the project.)

FWIW, it doesn’t seem to excessively logout. I think my session usually is invalid when I go to a new location(new IP address?) or a very long time has elapsed.

Surprisingly, some of the old projects are working perfectly normal. unfortunately for the second week I can not work with new necessary projects. login and logout has no effects

Can you please send me a link to the designs and I will have the engineering team get them up and running.

Thanks for your patients, I am having someone look at what is causing this and putting together a fix. I will let you know when I have more information.
