Parts Concierge

I’ve requested a part to be created using the parts concierge and I supplied my credit card for payment. It’s been longer than a week and I have not received any status as to when the part will be complete.

did you ever hear from them at all?

I’ve purchased multiple parts in the last week and they were all completed in less than 8 hours. Some took just a couple hours.

I’m having the same issue. I emailed Upverter and haven’t gotten an email yet.

We have had some delays with some of the requests this last week with the new release. We are working hard to get them fixed up, I unblocked your part from the list, it should be done at the latest today.

Thanks, the Parts Concierge and ease of use is why I use Upverter.

I have 2 or 3 parts I need made so I can finish my current project.

@mwoodworth33 sure, I am working on it.
It affects all users after recent changes.

It is in testing right now.
This functionality should appears today or tomorrow.
Will let you know as soon as it is deployed.

You should be able to proceed with such services as concierge.
Fix for this functionality has been deployed.
