Is there a way to lock a component (X&Y coordinates) in the layout tool after setting it’s position?

This will be released soon as part of the marketplace features.
It’s August 2018, I still can’t find this feature? 
It would be nice if I could lock a component or especially a pour to prevent accidentally moving it.

It has not been released yet, this locking feature got pulled into a larger “grouping” project and has not be released yet, sorry for this very long delay. I wish I had a release date for you, however I do not
