Keepout doesn't work

Hi,

Keepout top, bottom and global doesn’t work.
I generated a pour with GND and the pour just ignores keepouts period.
This generates a keepout violation.
Now I’ve used this before and it did work.
I suspect this might have something to do with last major upgrade.

Make sure that your keepout is on the “KEEPOUT” layer.

Then it should work properly.
