When I add annotations, I can’t find a way to align them.

That would be very nice.
This does not happen now, but it is on the list.
To make sure we build what you are looking for, can you give me some examples of the types of alignment that you would like to see so I can add more notes to the feature description
Hi thank you very much for your answer. Upverter is awesome by the way. For the silkscreen alignment tool, a tool that does the same as the part alignment tool would be perfect.
