Inner layer pads missing in exported Gerber. Looks fine in Layout. This is the same problem reported September 2019 more than 2 years ago (Missing PTH pads for inner layers). As the the user suggested I need to use an existing part with Hole. THIS IS A HUGE BUG in the pad creation tool that appeared only since the new update 2 years ago. WHY has Upverter completely ignore this bug???
