Forked BeagleBone Black project doesn't work at all

There’s a “fork on upverter” banner on the beagleboard.org page, but when actually doing so it’s extremely buggy. If I try to make any change, upverter has an internal error and fails to save the change. Also, there are lots of false constraint flags where the constraint checker thinks a part is somewhere other when where it actually is (I often have this happen in other designs, too, but just ignore them).

Can you look into this? I’m wondering if it’s simply not possible to work with a project this complex in upverter. I’m using Chrome 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit) on OSX El Capitan.
