When I try to add payment information under “Update Credit Card,” I get the following message: “Error processing billing details: Merchant account is closed or disabled.” Is Upverter still accepting payments?
Upverter is still accepting payments. Our payment processor is experiencing problems. We’re working with them to resolve the issue right now.
If this is blocking you from moving forward on something you can send an email to me or support and I can manually add credit to your account to work around the issue while we get the problem fixed.
