I need to do HDI on my current design. Does Upverter support this? Can I add blind and buried vias? Via in pad? etc?
Absolutely!
You can turn any via into blind or buried by double-clicking it to open the Via Inspector and changing the depth settings as needed.
Upverter will generate multiple NC Drill files, which is what most manufacturers prefer.
For via-in-pad, you don’t need to do anything special. Simply place vias in the pads of interest.
