I’m just trying to see if I created the PCB correctly, or if there are any additional steps I need to take before submitting for printing. I’ve never done this before so I’d appreciate any help.

Take note, that if you intend to drive those transistors quickly, the main iC will have trouble providing the required current to fully open the transistors gate, you may need to use a PNP, NPN transistors in a push-pull arrangement, or a Transistor/'Fet driver chip, to provide the current required.

Just a sanity check for me: what exactly are the MOS-FETs driving? It seems to me that they would just source some current to the ground.
