Creating Octagonal Vias

Is there a way to make octagonal vias? I find that using octagonal vias are much more useful when doing BGA work than circular vias.

You can use octagonal PTHs

Hi nalivaiko,

When making the PTH, it shows that the hole is an octagon and the plate is a circle. I want it to be the other way.
