Create board outline for Gerber?

I’m trying to add a board outline for the PCB producer. I’ve looked all over but can’t find out how to do it.

Double click in an empty layout area. The following menu will come up.

Alternatively, use the PATH tool, and select the “Mechanical Details” layer, and draw the outline.
