I am running into the same issue. I would like to have a part created by the concierge service.
Are all paid services unavailable these days? Or what does it mean if you can/do not process payments?
This is opening upverters future to wild speculation.
Why would I continue working in an app that seems no longer commercially supported other than running the webapp?

You may have noticed an increase in responses here in the forum. As a representative of Altium and Upverter, I can assure you that the application is being supported and improved, and the development team is working through a backlog of bugs.
I will make sure the CC submission problems becomes a priority.
