Cannot add credit card

Hello,

I am trying to add a credit card to my profile, but see the following:

Error processing billing details: Merchant account is closed or disabled

Hi,
There are no longer any paid services accessible directly through Upverter circuit editor. As such there is no need to add a credit card to your account. If you are in need of the part consierge service, you can access it through octopart.com

Thank you. Do I understand correctly, that currently I only can pay for designing footprint for the new part, and cannot pay for verification of my existing part?

I’m not fully clear on how Octopart handles part requests for Upverter. What is certainly true is that nothing directly available from the Upverter circuit designer is a paid service.
