I’m thinking about a design that will be carrying high current for a short burst (100+A) is there a away to have the trace exposed so I can add more solder/copper over the traces?
Add a trace over it on the solder mask layer. if you do the same with the paste layer, there will be a bead of solder along the trace after reflow as well.
